Essential Functions

· Lead store operations, including merchandising, workflows, sanitation, and customer experience.

· Develop systems for operational excellence in cash management, food safety, inventory, and employee performance.

· Support HR functions: training, coaching, motivation, feedback, and retention.

· Assist Manager with scheduling and staffing while managing budgets.
· Ensure POS systems run smoothly.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

· Provide performance reports for management.

· Act as the brand advocate, sharing the company's vision and products with consumers and employees.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
