Your Role: The Flavor Maker
As a Shake Maker, you are the heart of our operations. You aren’t just behind a counter; you are a brand ambassador, a dessert artist, and a customer service pro. Your goal is to ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a world-class milkshake in hand.
What You’ll Do:

Master the Craft: Learn to whip up our signature milkshakes, sundaes, and hand-dipped chocolates to perfection.

Drive the Experience: Provide authentic, "A-game" service—making recommendations and sharing samples with flair.

Own the Store Vibes: Maintain a sparkling clean shop, from the front counter to the stockroom and freezers.

Merchandising: Help prep for seasonal promotions, making the retail chocolate displays look irresistible.

Team Play: Stay cool under pressure, tackle customer needs with a pro attitude, and support your fellow squad members.
What We’re Looking For

Communication Pros: You’re a "people person" who thrives on interaction.

Fast Movers: You enjoy a high-energy environment and can keep the shakes spinning during a rush.

Detail-Oriented: You care about the "perfect pour" and follow safety/quality standards to the letter.

Flexibility: You’re available for a mix of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience: Previous cash handling or retail experience is a plus, but a great attitude is a must!
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable standing/walking for up to 4 hours.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Manual dexterity for precise dessert decorating and prep.

Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
