POSITION OVERVIEW 
Our Team Members keep things spinning and shaking during scheduled shifts. You will be trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing an unforgettable experience for every customer. 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
**Bring your A-game to MilkShake Factory and join a team that thrives on excellence, integrity, and serious know-how. 
  • Greet and engage with guests, recommend the best shakes, and pair chocolates to enhance their experience.
  • Boost those sales with your creative flair—sampling and product recommendations to maximize average ticket charge. 
  • Craft delicious milkshakes and chocolates with care and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by showing up ready to give your best.
  • Keep the ship sailing smoothly by maintaining the stockroom, coolers, and freezers. 
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment for guests.
  • Dive into promotional prep, making the store pop with seasonal magic. 
  • Keep it safe and tasty, reporting any food quality issues to the manager. 
  • Most importantly - have fun while creating unforgettable experiences!

REQUIREMENTS 
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service skills 
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment  
  • Attention to detail and safety requirements 
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination 
  • Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus  
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays 
  • Must perform physical activities to accomplish assigned duties, such as walking and standing for up to and including 4 hours at a time, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting to 25 pounds  
Compensation: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
