About Us
MilkShake Factory Preston Valley is a locally owned dessert shop in Dallas, TX making handspun milkshakes and small-batch handcrafted chocolates, all in-house. We opened July 2026 and are building something special in the North Dallas community. We're looking for college students who love amazing treats, love social media, and want real marketing experience with a growing brand.
Position Summary
We're looking for 2 undergraduate ambassadors for our Fall/Winter 2026 cohort. Ambassadors represent MilkShake Factory Preston Valley on their campus and social channels — authentically, creatively, and consistently. This isn't about posting ads. It's about sharing a product you genuinely enjoy with people you already know.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and post 2–3 pieces of original content per week featuring MilkShake Factory Preston Valley (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories)
- Introduce MilkShake Factory Preston Valley to your campus community through word of mouth, campus events, and social media
- Visit the store at least once per 8-week cycle to capture content and connect with the team. More visits to film content is good and treats will all be comped
- Share feedback from your peers — what they're saying, what resonates, what questions they ask
- Participate in a brief weekly check-in with the owner (text or email!)
- Tag @themilkshakefactory, add the location of MilkShake Factory Preston Valley location, and use program hashtags (TBD) on all brand content
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate at an accredited college or university in the Dallas area (SMU, UT Dallas, Dallas College, University of Dallas, Wade College, Dallas Baptist, Paul Quinn, etc.)
- Active on Instagram and/or TikTok with an authentic following (larger and more engaged the better, but no high barriers on volume here)
- Comfortable creating short-form video content
- Available up to 4 hours per week for 8 weeks
- Must be 18 or older
- Genuine enthusiasm for the treats! You’ll be able to try for free everything you film.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
